Stanley Vincent Wade

Stanley Vincent Wade, 66, passed away on July 13, 2026, in Petal, Mississippi.

He was born on June 20, 1960, in Columbia, South Carolina, where he spent his early years.

Stanley was a carpenter by trade and took pride in the work of his hands.

He was a man of Christian faith.

In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, caring for his beloved cats, and spending time with those he loved most.

Above all else, Stanley dearly loved his three daughters.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Edward Lee Jr. and Vivian Lee Wade, as well as his special friend, Faith Draper, with whom his family finds comfort in knowing he is now reunited.

He is lovingly remembered by his daughters, Jessica (Rusty) Bryant of Edgefield, South Carolina; Laura Ashley Wade of Slidell, Louisiana; and Sally Kristen Wade of Columbia, South Carolina.

Though he will be deeply missed, his family rejoices in the hope of eternal life through Jesus Christ and takes comfort in the promise that, for those who believe, death is not the end but the beginning of everlasting peace.
