William Samuel Norris

Known to his friends and family as Billy; he was born in Montgomery, AL. and preceded in death by his parents Willie George Norris Jr. and Lynda Dale Norris of Toomsuba, MS. He was loved dearly by his sister Jackie Norris Vargas and his nephews Anthony, Alec, and Nicholas Vargas and great-nephews. Billy loved his family and loved being in the outdoors. Special thanks to all the staff at Magnolia Gardens Assisted Living for helping his sister take care of him; and his roommate Mike for being his friend throughout it all.
